All content, materials, and information provided in this Course, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are the intellectual property of the course creator and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 

4.2. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 

4.3. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation of the Course content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Liability:

5.1. The course creator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the Course materials.

11.2. Participants should listen to their own bodies and stop any activity that causes discomfort or adverse reactions. The course creator is not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise from participating in the Course.

12. Confidentiality:

12.1. Any personal information shared by participants during live sessions, group discussions, or through any Course-related communications should be kept confidential by all participants. Respect for privacy and confidentiality is essential to create a safe and supportive environment.

13. Course Participation:

13.1. Access to the Course is intended for the enrolled individual only. Sharing login information or Course materials with others is prohibited. 13.2. The course creator reserves the right to terminate access to the Course for participants who violate these terms and conditions without refund.

14. Refunds and Cancellations:

14.1. As the Course is provided online and access is granted immediately upon enrollment, no refunds will be issued. Participants should carefully review the Course description and terms before enrolling. 

14.2. The course creator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Course or any part of it. In such cases, participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements will be made.

15. Testimonials and Case Studies:

18.2. By submitting or sharing their work within the Course platform or community, participants grant the course creator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share the work for promotional and educational purposes, with appropriate credit given to the participant.

19. Limitation of Liability:

19.1. The course creator’s total liability to any participant for any claim arising out of or relating to the Course or these terms and conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the participant for the Course. 

19.2. Under no circumstances shall the course creator be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

21 Live Session Recording and Usage Disclaimer

By participating in the live sessions of the Navigate & Nourish: Master Your Nervous System Through Expressive & Somatic Art course, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the recording and usage of these sessions:

21.1 Recording Consent: All live sessions may be recorded for the purposes of quality assurance, educational enhancement, and future reference. By attending these sessions, you consent to the recording of your participation, including any questions, comments, and contributions you may make during the sessions.

21.2 Usage of Recordings: The recorded live sessions may be used by Wellness for Life Australia for business purposes, including but not limited to educational content creation, marketing, and promotional activities. These recordings may be shared with current and future participants of the Course as part of the Course materials.

21.3 Prohibition on Redistribution: Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, reproducing, distributing, or sharing the live sessions and any portion thereof without the express written consent of Wellness for Life Australia. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of the sessions may result in legal action. 

21.4 Intellectual Property: The content of the live sessions, including discussions, teachings, and shared materials, is the intellectual property of Wellness for Life Australia. Participation in the live sessions does not grant any rights to the content, other than personal use as intended by the Course.

21.5 By participating in the live sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from participating in the live sessions.
