Are Sessions Online?
Unless prearranged, all sessions are online, using ZOOM Meetings – which is like using Facetime and Skype. Sessions are highly effective this way as you don’t need to travel and can have a session in the comfort of your own safe space, without having to travel.
How do the sessions work?
Online sessions are via ZOOM Meetings and are similar to Facetime and Skype. It’s a great face-to-face online option for sessions which requires a phone or computer with a video and microphone. It’s very easy to use and connect too.
Once you have completed a booking, you will be emailed a link and details for the online ZOOM Meeting. This will also be re-emailed before your appointment.

If you experience or have been diagnosed with psychosis, biopolar disorder or schizophrenia or have trauma related to sexual abuse, as this is not an area I am able to support your with. I would love to be able to refer to you someone who specialises in this area of support.

What happens once I pre-book a package or program?
Once you’ve purchased and paid for a package or program, a coupon code will be automatically generated and emailed to you.
You will then need to use either the coupon code OR your email address to schedule the date and time of your appointments.
