About Neuro- Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Neuro-Linguistic programming is a set of language and sensory based interventions and behavior modification techniques that are meant to improve the client’s awareness, communication, confidence, and social actions. The goal is for the client to gain a deeper understanding of their view on the world around them and how one operates in order to change thoughts and behavior patterns that have been proven not to work in the past. The practitioner may seek to correct language that the client uses as they walk through the past experience. NLP can be short or long term depending on the needs of the client.
